The GMe Forum 2005 takes place on March 17 and 18, 2005 in the "Festsaal" and "Boeckl-Saal" of TU Vienna, Karlsplatz 13, 1040 Vienna.
The "GMe Forum" continues the tradition of the GMe seminars held every other year since 1977. This year's seminar will focus on new developments like nanoelectromechanical systems, bioelectronics, and spintronics. Please refer to our folder for detailled information!
Invited speakers from renowned research laboratories and companies present the current state of the art in micro- and nanoelectronics on Thursday and Friday morning. Several Austrian companies introduce their contributions towards a nano technology, i.e., the apparatus or processes required for the preparation of electronic or mechanical components with dimensions in the sub-micrometer range.
The Austrian university groups supported by the GMe show the results of their work in oral presentations and a poster session on Friday.
