Reports and Proceedings Issued by the GMe

During the time when the GMe was able to essentially contribute from its governmental funding to the creation of infrastructure for the - academic - research in the area of micro- and nanoelectronics, a series of scientific reports has been created which document the usage of the funding. Simultaneously, the GMe organized seminars and information events on topics of micro- and nanoelectronics, to which renowned external speakers also contributed, and whose proceedings were published by the GMe. We present all contributions to these reports and proceedings on this page in a searchable form.

Eventually, public funding of the GMe dried up to a large degree. The remaining funds did no more allow the creation or maintenance of infrastructure but only smaller activities whose nature did not require special reporting. Therefore, the list of reports and proceedings ends in 2011.
